We received a letter from Jake's mission president to assure us he made it to California safely. Included was a hand written letter from Jake and a few pictures.
Dear Mom and Dad,
I made it safely to California. First thing I noticed when I stepped out of the airport was that the air was clean. I can't wait to start sharing the gospel.

ReplyDeleteBefore Jaret left on his mission, his dad had a heart-to-heart talk with him to make sure he understood that his letters should be fairly lengthy and should include details. . . lots of details. . . because his mom LOVES details! He's done very well. We're planning to have the same conversation with Bryant before he leaves! And yay for clean air! I think Jake with love California!
